These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") betocean and its platform constitutes a legal agreement with users. By accessing the betocean.win website or mobile app, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Definitions of key terms used in this document:

• "Platform" — The betocean.win website and its associated mobile application.
• "User" or "Member" — Any individual who has registered or is attempting to register on betocean.
• "Account Balance" — The amount of funds held in the user's betocean wallet.
• "Bonus Balance" — Funds derived from bonuses that cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer, the identity verification process.

• Each person may register only one account.

• Login credentials must not be shared with anyone.

After registration, betocean may request KYC verification at any time. A copy of your national ID or passport is typically required for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000.

• Must be a resident of Bangladesh.
• Must be of sound mind.
• Must not be subject to any active restrictions or bans.

Betocean reserves the right to reject any account application or investigate any existing account without providing a reason.

betocean Currently supports transactions through all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh.

• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the original deposit.
• Account verification is mandatory for your first withdrawal.
• The daily maximum withdrawal limit varies based on your VIP level.
• Betocean may place a hold on payments pending investigation of any suspicious transactions.

betoceanOnce a bet is placed on --, it is considered final. betocean reserves the right to void a bet only in the event of a technical error or an obvious odds mistake.

• Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the Cash Out feature).
• If a match is cancelled before it begins, the bet will be voided and the full stake returned.
• A result is valid if at least 50% of the match has been completed after kickoff.
• If one match in an accumulator is voided, it will be removed and the remaining selections will be settled as usual.
• Any bet found to involve confirmed match fixing will be voided.

Odds in live betting change continuously. Bets will be accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation.

• Welcome Bonus — Up to 100% on your first deposit, maximum ৳10,000. Wagering requirement: 15x.
• Reload Bonus — Weekly. Wagering: 10x. Validity: 7 days.
• Cashback — Wager-free for VIP members.
• Free Bet — For specific competitions; the validity period is stated with each offer.

Any of the following actions betoceanis strictly prohibited on betocean and may result in permanent account termination:

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Match fixing or use of insider information.
• Attempting to exploit odds errors for abnormal profit.
• Attempting to hack or breach the platform's security.
• Money laundering or processing of illegal funds.
• Attempting to harass or harm other members.

In such cases, betocean reserves the right to suspend the account and forfeit the balance without prior notice.

betocean An account may be suspended or closed for the following reasons:

• A serious breach of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or submission of fraudulent documents.
• Extended inactivity (more than 18 months).
• At the member's own request (Self-Exclusion).

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting support. For inactive accounts, a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 may apply after 6 months of inactivity.

betocean Responsible Gaming is our highest priority. The following control tools are available free of charge to all members on the platform:

• Set daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits.
• Loss limit setting.
• Session Time Limit.
• Cooling-off period (1 to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion (6 months to 5 years).

Once Self-Exclusion is active, you will not be eligible for any bonuses or promotional offers, and any attempt to open a new account will be rejected.

For any disputes or complaints, please first contact betoceanPlease contact our customer support team. An initial response will be provided within 72 hours of the complaint being submitted.

• If the support team is unable to resolve the issue, it will be escalated to senior management.
• A final decision will be communicated within 14 business days.
• If you are not satisfied with betocean's decision, you may lodge a complaint with the licensing authority.

betocean reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified by email or SMS at least 7 days in advance.

Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you have the right to close your account.
